ิhe 1st National Championship took place in 1989. With 7 titles, Spartakos Ioanninon is the team with the most titles followed by AO Athina which has won has won 4 titles (1989-1992). The only other team that has won a National Womens Championship is Aris who has reached the top twice (1994 & 1995)
