She was born in Russia on January 4, 1982 and belongs to the Evmasta Piraeus Club. She is 1.63m tall, and her hobby is music. After showing her credentials on the cadet and junior levels, she won 2 bronze medals in the World Championships in Warsaw (November 2002). In the following 2 European Championships (Loutraki 2003, Kiev 2004) she obtained one gold, one silver and two bronze medals.
